KVH did a great job for me

To the Editor:
It’s out! What’s out? My nasty gallbladder. And the entire procedure was done at the Goldendale Hospital. What a place! I came in at 8 a.m., and by 11:30 I was back home in Goldendale.
Dr. Stoller did the job, as well as about a dozen assistants who aided me through the prep and the procedure. Talk about friendly, smiling, professional folks. I didn’t bump into one sour-puss.
It’s easy to badmouth institutions whether it’s the hospital, school, or law enforcement.
The next time you need to jettison that malfunctioning gallbladder, consider the Klickitat Valley Hospital.
     It’s a great place!
P.S. Even the janitor was smiling.

Allen good choice for Assessor

To the Editor:
Victoria Allen deserves your vote for the position of Klickitat County Assessor. Her opponents have little or no experience in the assessment process. With seven years of working in the Klickitat County Assessor’s office while performing almost every position, Victoria Allen is uniquely qualified to be elected to the position of County Assessor.
Not only does Victoria have the necessary skills to do the job, she also has a plan to improve efficiency, transparency, and public communications.

How about ‘Made in USA’?

To the Editor:
I’m tired of seeing “Made in China” or “Made in PRC’ on everything! I believe that it is time for retired senior citizens to come out of retirement and go back to work for companies that will bring their jobs back to the United States. We don’t need big salaries or medical insurance; we can help employers make that important step to bring their companies back to America. I would be proud to see “Made in the U.S.A.” on products, knowing that I helped make that possible.
