Beverly Ann Bryan
Beverly Ann Bryan, 51, of Lyle, died at her home Jan. 7, 2009.
She was born to Joyce June (Webb) and Tommy Eugene Bryan in White Salmon, on Jan. 24, 1957.
Beverly lived nearly all her life in Lyle. She was a special daughter and a very loving, affectionate person, bringing much joy not only to her family but to all who knew her.
Beverly was the type of person who never knew a stranger—if she met you, she would always remember you no matter how much time passed. Through the years, she had received gifts from many people and she never forgot who gave her what. She liked buying rings and purses and adored the color purple. She enjoyed going to town, especially to McDonald’s, and loved being on the go. Beverly was a very devoted born-again Christian who liked to go to church and loved her pastors. She would be the first to tell you that she loved Jesus with all her heart. Beverly, who loved to hug and be hugged, will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her parents Tom and Joyce Bryan of Lyle; brothers and sisters-in-law Tommy Bryan, Jr. and Sue of Saratoga, Calif., Jimmy Bryan and Sharon of Underwood, Richard Bryan and Pam of Madison, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law Linda and Lee Bertschi of Lyle; nieces and nephews Michael Bryan, Kelli Bryan, Troy Bryan, Traci Deo, Chad Bryan, Donavan Bryan, Ariel Bryan, David Bertschi and Christi Bertschi.
A graveside service was held Jan. 13, at the White Salmon Cemetery with a memorial service at the Lyle Celebration Center in Lyle. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Beverly’s name may do so to New Hope Farms, 40 New Hope Farm Road, Goldendale, WA 98620. Gardner Funeral Home handled arrangements.
