Madeline White
Virginia Madeline Trumbo White, 89, of Goldendale, died Jan. 27, 2009.
She was born in Goldendale, to Flossie Fern (Letson) and John Harrison Trumbo on May 24, 1919.
She is survived by her children Don White of Roosevelt; Susan Pyfer of Rupert, Idaho; Kathy Kelley of Roosevelt; Dick White of Roosevelt; and Sherri Mulrony of Helix, Ore.; sister, Lucille Groves of Beaverton, Ore.; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brother, Jack Trumbo, baby sister Fern, her parents and her husband, Horace A. White, who died in 1992.
A graveside service was held Jan. 31, at Mt. View Cemetery in Goldendale. Columbia Hills Memorial Chapel handled arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Madeline's name may be made to one's favorite charity.
