Bill E. Beeks          

     Bill E. Beeks, 55, longtime resident of Trout Lake, died Feb. 12, 2009.
He was born Sept. 16, 1953, in Goldendale, to Phillip and Nancy Beeks. Bill moved to Trout Lake, where he lived most of his childhood and adult life.
     After graduating from high school, Bill served in the U.S. Army. His hobbies included hunting and fishing; spending a lot of time along the river doing what he most enjoyed.
     He moved to Redmond, Ore., a year ago, where he lived with his daughter and her family.
His parents preceded him in death.
     Survivors include one daughter, Melody, and her husband, Donnie; two granddaughters, Marlee and Kayelea; siblings, Phillip, Laura, Judy, Diane and Mindy; aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.
     A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Baird Funeral Home in Bend, Ore. Contributions may be made to Partners in Care Hospice, 2075 NE Wyatt Ct., Bend, OR 97701.
