Carol Lee (Counts) Schroeder
Carol Schroeder, 60, died at Bailey Boushay House on July 31, 2009, with family by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on Sept. 29, 1948, in Yakima, to Elanor and Everett Reynolds.
She enjoyed playing cribbage and pinochle, camping with her family and friends, fishing with her husband and grandson and playing with her puppies. She loved to sew and work in her garden and flower beds.
Carol is survived by her husband, John Schroeder, her father, Everett Reynolds; her three daughters, Mary Rasmussen and husband Doug Rasmussen, Billie (Counts) Abers and husband Al Abers, and Angie (Counts) Knowles; her grandson, Ruben Finn Jr.; her two brothers, John Frawley and wife Donna Frawley, Mike Frawley and wife Nancy Frawley; and nieces and nephews, Joe and Kate Frawley, and Lindsey and John Frawley. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Elanor Warth. She will be greatly missed by her family.
A lunch reception is being held at Seattle Latvian Church on Saturday, Aug. 8, at 1 p.m., 11710 3rd Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA 98125.
