Charles Browning

Charles Allen Browning, 26, died Oct. 27, 2009, from injuries received in a car accident near Goldendale.
Chuck was born April 30, 1983, in Goldendale to Robin Ann (White) and Francis Allen Browning.
Chuck lived in Denver, Colo., for 12 years before moving back to Goldendale, where he has lived ever since. He loved horses and was involved in FFA during high school, and also enjoyed hunting, camping, panning for gold and going four-wheeling. Other interests included any auto competition, mechanics and demolition derbies. Chuck loved to play and liked going to mud bogs, racing and watching monster trucks. Chuck married the love of his life, Lynise Marilyn Joyce Huff. He was a tender father who adored his kids and especially loved brushing his daughter's hair.
Survivors include his wife, Lynise Browning; daughter Ricki Raylene Browning; son Charles James Allen "C.J." Browning, all of Goldendale; mother and stepfather Robin and Duffy Clark of Goldendale; father and stepmother Allen Browning and Diana Logan of Denver; sister Melissa Johnson of Goldendale; grandmother Carol White of Cascade, Mont.; grandfather and step-grandmother Francis and Donna Browning of Spray, Ore., and many, many friends.
A funeral was held Nov. 4 at Columbia Hills Memorial Chapel in Goldendale, with Ken Akins officiating. Interment followed at Mountain View Cemetery.
