Doris Ann Holter, 72, of Goldendale, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, at Oregon Health Science University Hospital in Portland, Ore.
She was born Feb. 17, 1938 in Mineral County, Mont. the daughter of Elmer and Doris Seng, she grew up in Haugen and attended St. Regis High School in Montana.
On May 1, 1982 she married Ronald of Goldendale. The couple was just short of celebrating 28 years of marriage.
Ann was a servant first and foremost to Ronald, her husband, laboring outdoors, side by side with him on various projects that many women just simply would not attempt, yet able to make and maintain a home with her husband surrounded by love.
She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald; three brothers, Clifford Seng of Chehalis, Kenneth Seng of Plains, Mont., and Wes Seng, who is serving as a missionary in the upper Amazon of Brazil. A daughter Doris Watkins, one grandchild Doris Burt, five great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
