Mary Theresa Hoy Jackson

     Mary Theresa Hoy Jackson, age 61, of Graham, died May 4, 2010, at St. Frances hospital in Federal Way.
     Mary was born Oct. 13, 1948, to Carl Hoy and Maxine Hoy Reed in Vancouver. She was educated in Centerville, and graduated from Goldendale High School in 1966.
     On Aug. 4, 1975, Mary married the love of her life Stuart W. Jackson in Goldendale. In May of 1977, their son Ted was born. They remained in Goldendale until the closure of the Goldendale Aluminum Plant and relocated to the Federal Way area where Stuart was employed at Boeing.
     Mary loved professional sports and was a devoted fan of the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. She attended many home games and was proud to wear the uniforms win or lose. Camping was a favorite for Mary and her family, and she enjoyed camping trips in the Trout Lake area.
     Mary is preceded in death by her husband Stuart W. Jackson and her father Carl Hoy.
She is survived by her son Todd, and wife Bonnie of Graham; mother, Maxine Reed and Elmer W. of Centerville; sisters, Linda McNatt of Vancouver, and Elizabeth Stiner of Centerville; brothers Stephen Reed (Pam) and William Reed both of Goldendale, Elmer L. Reed (Darcie) of Centerville, and Frank Reed of Redding, Calif.
     Funeral services will be held on May, 20, at 1:15 p.m. at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th, Kent. Interment will follow. Yahn and Sons are in charge of the arrangements.
