Don Wildon Bellamy Sr.

     Don Wildon Bellamy Sr. went home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ June 3, 2010, in his home surrounded by his family.
     Don was born June 20, 1938, in Horry County South Carolina to L.W. and Viola (Brown) Bellamy.
Don was honorable discharged from the U.S. Army in 1964. Don and Sue (Tobin) were married Jan. 10, 1963 in The Dalles, Ore. From this loving union they had three sons, Don Jr., John, and Michael.
     Don was a lumber grader for 32 years for J. Neils, St. Regis, and Champion International. Don loved his family and always took great care of them. He taught his sons to work hard and always take care of their families. Don’s greatest joy was being a husband to Sue, father to his three boys, and Papa to his seven grandchildren. Don also enjoyed taking family vacations, working in his yard, fishing, and playing poker.
     Don is survived by his loving wife of 47 ½ years, Sue; son, Don Jr. and wife Michelle; son, John and wife Melody; son, Michael; brother Fred; sisters, Joyce, Emma Jane, and Margie; and his seven grandchildren, Don III, Margaret, Kacey, Kelley, Makenna, Cloe, and Jack.
     Don was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Willie Joe and Thomas.
     Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Goldendale food bank or the Burnside Rescue Mission. Graveside services will be held June 11, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Goldendale.
