The Ducky Derby (above from last year) is one of the highlights of the annual Klickitat Canyon Days. Events start on July 27 with kids’ carnival, free community picnic and movie at dusk. Saturday, July 28 is the walk/run, softball tournament, parade at 11 a.m. and vendors and music in Depot Park. Girl Scouts’ breakfast at the gym at 8 a.m ., Sunday followed by volleyball at 9 a.m. and Ducky Derby at noon. A new feature will be go-kart rides behind the Community Center each day.
