Back-to-back 1-0 shut-out wins for Lady Timberwolves

Soccer became a fun sport last week as the Goldendale Lady Timberwolves put together their first back-to-back wins of the year. Two goals scored about nine minutes into two different matches proved to be enough as the Wolves scored a pair of 1-0 wins. Amelia Tyndall’s goal from Cheyenne Smith gave Goldendale a sweep of Granger on Thursday.

Two days later Eileen Kelsey scored the only goal with a Nicolle Seward assist in a non-league win over Wahluke. The Wahluke match was offensive domination by the Wolves, giving goalie Dallas Smith an easy, one save day, whereas Smith was tested with 18 shots on goal at Granger.
