Cars stolen in weekend crime activity

 


Two cars were stolen in unusual activity on Saturday and Sunday nights in Goldendale, according to Goldendale Police. The first car was reported stolen on Sunday morning from the 300 block of West Allyn. It is believed that the car was taken sometime after 10 p.m. on Saturday night. The car, a 2002, lime green, Kia Rio was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition. Police believe the theft was one of opportunity.

The second car was stolen from the 300 block of East Burgen sometime on Sunday night or early Monday morning. The car is a White 1994 Honda Accord station wagon. It was locked at the time of the theft.
