Sherman County Historical Museum open for season

 


Take a walk on the rural side at the national-award-winning Sherman County Historical Museum in Moro, Oregon opening for the season on May 1. The Museum is operated by friendly volunteers and located next to the Moro City Park and serves as the Sherman County Visitor Center. The museum is open daily from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. May through October.

Experience the first-rate interpretive and hands-on exhibits: Oregon Trails, Rails and Roads in Sherman County, Wheat Through the Ages, Rural Living, Patriotism: Pride and Anguish, Cultivation, Conservation and Clothespins, and The Sherman County Journal: Paper, Ink & Presses.
