Police working pair of burglaries in Goldendale

 


Goldendale Police are investigating two burglaries that took place recently, one at a residence on NW 2nd Avenue and the other at the Market Place on East Broadway.

The residential burglary took place sometime around July 1, while the owners were gone for a week. When they returned they found the front door had been broken in and a large number of tools were missing. The tools had been left in the front of the home within sight of passersby. It included several drills, tool belts, hammers, screw drivers, tape measure and a weed whacker. The loss was placed at $2,577.
