Legislators talk about Boeing, getting to know their district

State legislators for Klickitat County held a town hall meeting Thursday evening, attended by a small but highly engaged group.

Sen. Curtis King and Reps. Norm Johnson and Charles Ross were asked a variety of written questions from the audience. The session was moderated by Greater Goldendale Chamber of Commerce president Mike DeMott.

Among the more impassioned responses of the evening were from King, addressing questions about Boeing's future in the state in the wake of the rejection by the machinists union of a new labor contract.
