Seahawks exec talks about the team

SAVORING THE SEAHAWKS: Mike Flood, Vice President of Community Relations and Special Projects for the Seattle Seahawks, speaks at the Goldendale Chamber of Commerce luncheon Thursday.

Mike Flood, Vice President for Community Relations and Special Projects for the Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, can be called a Goldendalian.

Flood has a piece of property near town and plans to put a cabin on it. He visited the Greater Goldendale Chamber of Commerce at its business luncheon Thursday for a special faux tailgate party at Klickitat Valley Health.

He spoke of the Seahawks' values: passion, character, excellence-and, of course, the 12th Man.

"Nowhere else would you be able to put a number without a name, and everyone knows what it means," he told the group.
