“I’m so stressed out.” Been there? We all have, because stress is a natural human condition. What most people don’t realize, however, is that too much stress over time can have a negative impact on our health. Reducing stress can greatly improve quality of life. Even if we can’t change the things that cause us stress, we are in control of how we deal with it.

Stress is a feeling that is created when we react to a challenging situation. Our bodies respond with a series of physical changes that increase our ability to act quickly and handle the pressure of the moment.
