A series of workshops designed to help launch a new, or grow and existing value-added agriculture business, will be presented June 3 in Lyle.

The course provides an overview of the value-added food product development process. WSU Extension Food Processing Specialist Dr. Girish Ganjyal and Lorrie Conway from Conway Family Farms will guide participants through the various steps from concept development to the market.
