Lady Wolves in 37-30 win over Highland

Goldendale Coach Mike Plum gave credit to his bench in leading the Lady Timberwolves to their first league win, 37-30 over Highland on Saturday night in Goldendale. When starters got into foul trouble, the reserves stepped up to score 21 points in a team effort. Sierra Lamping was the only Wolf in double digits with 11 points, thanks for timely three-point shooting.

The Tuesday game against White Salmon was another low scoring affair, won by the Bruins 39-31. Zara Kartes' three point basket was the only second quarter score for Goldendale.
