From the office of the Klickitat County Prosecutor: case log for Aug. 3

 


Below is a summary of resolutions from Superior Court criminal docket for the week of Aug. 3, 2015, provided by Klickitat County Prosecuting Attorney David R. Quesnel. Superior Court is in session generally every other week.

State of Washington v. Charles Loyd, 13-1-00037-9, pleaded guilty to Taking Motor Vehicle without Permission in the Second Degree, RCW 9A.56.075(1), date of offense 12/26/12, and sentencing is continued to 9/21/15.

State v. Rosser Herrington, 14-1-00042-3, dismissed without prejudice.

State of Washington v. Floyd Sanders, 14-1-00050-4, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription, RCW 69.41.030 (2)(b), date of offense 1/29/14, and was sentenced to credit for time served (two days) and legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. River Wilson, 14-1-00072-5, defendant found guilty after bench trial of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.401(2)(B), date of offense 5/13/14, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Charles Loyd, 14-1-00094-6, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the First Degree, RCW 9A.52.020, date of offense 1/15/13, and sentencing is continued to 9/21/15.

State of Washington v. Charles Loyd, 14-1-00151-9, pleaded guilty to Escape Second Degree, RCW 9A.76.120 (1)(a), date of offense 11/03/14, and sentencing is continued to 9/21/15.

State of Washington v. William Hoppa, 15-1-00005-7, pleaded guilty to Attempted Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.407 and RCW 69.50.401(2)(b), date of offense 1/04/15, Attempted Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.407 and RCW 69.50.401(2)(b), date of offense 1/04/15, Driving Under the Influence, RCW 46.61.502, date of offense 1/04/15, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Joseph Wright, 15-1-00012-0, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the First Degree-Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.52.020 and RCW 10.99.020, date of offense 01/25/15, Assault in the Second Degree-Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.36.021(1)(c) and RCW 10.99.020, date of offense 01/25/15, and was sentenced to 31 months in prison, legal financial obligations and 18 month DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Ezra Mohr, 15-1-00048-1, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, RCW 60.50.4013, date of offense 1/20/15, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 month DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Lars Jensen, 15-1-00049-9, pleaded guilty to Bail Jumping, RCW 9A.76.170(3)(c), date of offense 7/06/15, and was sentenced to 12 months 1 day prison and legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Lori Stephonson, 15-1-00056-1, pleaded guilty to Residential Burglary-Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.52.025 & RCW 10.99.020, date of offense 4/20/15, and Assault in Violation of Protection Order-Domestic Violence, RCW 26.50.110(4) & RCW 10.99.020, date of offense 4/20/15 and was sentenced to 13 months in prison, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Trey Kitchens, 15-1-00061-8, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin, RCW 69.50.4013, date of offense 5/4/15, and was sentenced to 75 days in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Suzanne Phillips, 15-1-00062-6, pleaded guilty to Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree, RCW 9A.48.090, date of offense 5/07/15, and was sentenced to credit for time served (one day), legal financial obligations and alcohol counseling.

State of Washington v. Josue Perez, 15-1-00068-5, defendant failed to appear, $25,000 warrant issued.

State of Washington v. Steven Nelson, 15-1-00073-1, defendant pleaded guilty to Assault in the Third Degree (Law Enforcement Officer), RCW 9A.36.031(1)(g), date of offense 6//08/15, and was sentenced to 3 months jail, legal financial obligations and 12 month DOC supervision.
