County pot seller arrested in sting

 


A sting operation at Washington marijuana retail stores has resulted in the arrest of a man working at Stonehenge Cannabis in Klickitat County.

Michael Dee made an appearance in court Monday and will return for arraignment Oct. 1. At his appearance Monday he was appointed an attorney by the court.

Dee is charged with Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act for selling marijuana to a minor.

On Aug. 13, law enforcement agents working a sting operation entered Stonehenge Cannabis and video recorded Dee as he checked the ID of an Investigative Aid (IA), who held a legitimate Washington State intermediate driver’s license showing a birth date of Feb 18, 1997. The ID also had the...
