Maryhill owner is the featured Coug at WSU Alumni Feast

 


The Feast brings together some of the very best aspects of WSU. Jamie Callison, Executive Chef for the School of Hospitality Business Management, works with his students to bring guests expertly crafted, WSU focused fare, such as fresh vegetables from the Organic Farm and Wagyu beef from the Premium Beef Program.

These fine dining experiences don't end at the food, however. The WSUAA partners with a different Wine-By-Cougars winery for each Feast, and Chef Callison spends hours creating harmonic relationships featuring a different wine for each of the four courses throughout the evening.
