Pirates look to bounce back from first loss, host Cougars Thursday

 


Bickleton dug deep for a come from behind 3-2 win over Yakama Nation, last week. Each set was hotly contested with the Eagles winning the first two 25-21 and 26-24. They almost closed out the sweep, but the Lady Pirates won the third set 25-23. They went on to win the final two 25-21, 15-10. Hannah Pond had 28 digs to go with a team leading 17 kills and seven aces. Shaylee Tharp had 31 assists and 12 digs plus three aces. Kira Harvey had 19 digs, six kills and a pair of aces plus two blocked shots. Ashley Magana had 21 digs and six kills with six aces and Heather Goodnight had a dozen digs.
