Mustangs and Eagles post first league wins

The Glenwood-Klickitat girls won their first league basketball game, Friday at Glenwood, 42-36 over the Trout Lake Mustangs. Three of the Lady Eagles were in double figures led by Bailee Green's 11 points. Kinley Troh and Mackenzie Tuthill each scored 10. The third quarter was huge for the Eagles with Green scoring nine of her points including a three-pointer. Kya Fee found the range in the second quarter for the Mustangs, hitting 3-5 on her way to a game high 14 points. Freshman Liz Fink dominated the boards with 17 rebounds for Trout Lake. Turnovers were important with the game on the line as Glenwood-Klickitat had a 3-7 edge in the final quarter.
