KVH Helipad ready for work

Dr. Rod Krehbiel of Klickitat Valley Health (KVH) points out the primary benefit of the LifeFlight helicopter service: the first hour is critical for heart attack and stroke victims. "To have the ability to transport patients so quickly to a facility that can provide the resources they need is a great help," he says. And KVH CEO Leslie Hiebert adds, "We LifeFlight about 50 patients a year. So that's about a person every month. That makes a huge difference for them."
