Goldendale restaurant landmark observes historic milestone

 


Single digit temperatures, deep snow, and even Friday the 13th didn’t keep loyal customers from enjoying a special prime rib dinner recently at the Simcoe Café in Goldendale. The special occasion was observing manager Sue’s 30 years at the helm of the Café. If you didn’t arrive early to eat, you were out of luck—the sellout crowd estimated to be over 200 devoured all the prime rib by 7 p.m.

The Simcoe’s success story is simple: a greeting and smile as you walk through the door and a drink poured and waiting for you at your seat. In addition, a proven menu that is both simple and affordable.
