Volleball club hosting fundraiser for nationals

 


The Goldendale Volleyball Club’s U14 Gold team is holding loaded baked potato bar fundraising dinner on Friday to help for its trip to the USA Volleyball Girls’ Junior National Championships in Minneapolis.

Held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday at the American Legion, $7 will get you a loaded baked potato with chili, bacon, cheese, sour cream, onions and butter or you can go for a bowl of chili with cornbread for $5.

The club also will be holding a silent auction for a .243 bolt-action rifle.

The team earned a spot in nationals for the first time in the club’s 13 years on April 21 in Spokane, and will leave for nationals in about a month.
