Eagles rule the roost

 


Our Glenwood Eagles high school track team may be few in number, and young, but they made a great showing at Regional competition in Peshastin last week. Kevan Bren, Brooklyn Emerson, Bella Couch, and Kinley Troh represented the Eagles. For the boys, the first four places qualified for state competition. The girls needed to place in the top three to move on. Kevan placed third in the 100 meter with a personal record of 12.23 seconds and second in the 200 with another personal record of 24.77.

For the girls, Brooklyn placed third in the 100 meter with a personal record time of 13.56. She also placed third in the pole vault and first in the long jump with a jump of 14 feet, 4.25 inches. K...
