Below is a summary of resolutions from the Superior Court criminal docket for the week of Sept. 18, 2017, provided by Klickitat County Prosecuting Attorney David R. Quesnel. Superior Court is in session generally every other week.

• State of Washington v. Michael A. Hammett, #16-1-00128-1, on 8/21/17 the defendant pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.401, and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.401, date of offenses 12/16/16, and on 9/18/17 he was sentenced to 12 months and 1 day in prison, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

• State of Washington v. Johnny B. Guthrie, #17-1-00021-5, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of Child Molestation 1st Degree – Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.44.083 and 10.99.020, date of offenses 11/01/12 to 11/20/2015, and was sentenced to 114 months to Life in prison, legal financial obligations and DOC supervision for Life (if released from prison).

• State of Washington v. Arthur J. Smith, #17-1-00089-20, defendant pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Stolen Property 2nd Degree, RCW 9A.82.055, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd Degree, RCW 9.41.040, date of offenses 5/19/17, and sentencing is continued to 10/02/17.

• State of Washington v. Joshua M. Olney, #17-1-00094-20, defendant pleaded guilty to Assault 3rd Degree, RCW 9A.36.031, date of offense 6/07/17, and was sentenced to 1 month in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision under first time offender waiver.

• State of Washington v. Kimberly A. Beck, #17-1-00102-20, defendant pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin, RCW 69.50.4013, date of offense 9/08/17, and was sentenced to 1 month in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.

• State of Washington v. Heather A. Jealous, #17-1-00103-20, defendant pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin, RCW 69.50.4013, date of offense 9/11/17, and was sentenced to 1 month in jail, legal financial obligations and 12 months DOC supervision.
