Everything is all scrambled up, and it’s extremely difficult to see what will become of the prevailing shape of world affairs.

Donald Trump will soon be meeting with Kim Jung-Un, a non-Castro is set to take the helm of Cuba, and Vladimir Putin’s favorite European leader is the right-wing Viktor Orban of Hungary. One’s mind spins in confusion that all is causing. We even learn that Kim Jung-Un is no longer demanding the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the Korean peninsula. (The North Koreans claim a residual U.S. troop presence would “help ensure stability.”) Topping off these mind-blowing developments is the news that Trump himself put the kib...
