One-man computer emergency responder urges multiple backups

 

In the annals of great tech-support phone calls, maybe there is none more memorable than the one about the broken cup holder. It was reported on the internet, so you know it's true. The way the story goes, someone calls tech support to report that the cup holder on his computer is broken. This was something that couldn't be fixed by asking, "Did you turn your computer off and back on again?" After a round of confused questioning, it's discovered the caller had confused the CD tray on his computer for a cup holder. It's not known where the caller placed his drinks after that.
