MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE CITY OF GOLDENDALE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Goldendale issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on September 10, 2020, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the City of Goldendale Environmental Ordinance Number 1261 for the following proposal:
SEPA 20-03 Applicant: Stillwater Ministries
The applicant is proposing to construct a youth center consisting of: 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse; 2,496 sq. ft. activity building, 1,500 sq. ft. outdoor gazebo; two (2) full-sized sand volleyball courts (1,404 sq. ft.); and a full-sized soccer field (72,000 sq. ft.).
After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the City of Goldendale Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the City of Goldendale during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. September 25, 2020. Comments shall be submitted to the City of Goldendale, 1103 South Columbus, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the City of Goldendale with an appeal fee of $100.00.

Sealed bids for the 2020-02 DIP 151-C Building Project will be received by Klickitat County Port District No. 1 up to the hour of 2:00pm PPT and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:05pm PPT on October 7, 2020, in the Port Administrative Office at 154 E Bingen Point Way Ste. A; Bingen, WA 98605 to:
Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and perform all work and related activities for the: construction, grading, utilities, site work, design-build for one 5,000 SF pre-engineered metal building and all appurtenant work to complete the 2020-02 DIP 151-C Building Project in the Dallesport Industrial Park, Dallesport, Washington.
Bid documents and specifications may be obtained on or after 2:00pm PPT on September 14, 2020, on the Port's website at www.portofklickitat.com. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00pm PPT on September 22, 2020, at the project site 151 Parallel Ave, Dallesport, WA. All bids must meet the requirements described under "Instructions to Bidders" in the bid documents.
