KLICKITAT COUNTY MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on February 4, 2021 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals:

SEPA2021-04. Applicant: Tina Dew.  A Short Plat application requesting to subdivide approximately 20 acres into three lots. The proposed short plat is located in S2NWSW4 & PTN N2SWSW LY N OF RIMROCK RD; 11-4-16; Section 11, T4N, R16E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity) on tax parcel 04-16-1100-0013/00.

After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm March 5, 2021.  Appeals must be made to the Board and filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office.  Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to Class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.

CALL FOR BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Commission of Public Utility District No. 1 of Klickitat County for Tree Trimming and Right of Way Clearing Bid 2021.  Bids will be received until March 3, 2021 at 2:00 P.M., Pacific Time, at the District’s office at 1313 South Columbus, Goldendale, Washington, 98620, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read.  The bid documents and specifications may be obtained at the District’s office.

Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount in the bid proposal.  Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Klickitat County.
