KLICKITAT COUNTY MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on July 15, 2021 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals:

SEPA2020-33. Applicant: Steve & Jill Morgan.  A Short Plat application requesting to subdivide approximately 19.65 acres into four lots. The proposed short plat is located in TAX LOT 8A IN LOTS 2,3,4 LESS TRACT B-215; TAX LOT 9 IN LOT 2; and LOTS 3,4 BLK 88, NORTH DALLES; Section 34, T2N, R13E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Dallesport vicinity) on tax parcels 02-13-3400-0004/00, 02-13-3400-0003/00 and 02-13-3451-8803/00.

After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm August 6, 2021. Appeals must be made to the Board and filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office.  Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to Class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
