Doug was born in Yakima to Cedric and Mildred Green on December 18, 1946, and passed away December 30, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Candy of Puyallup, Washington; his daughter, Trudi, and Ed Rounds; his son, Jamie, and Breanne Green. Doug has five grandchildren: Kegan Rounds and Carleigh, Kalen Rounds and Samantha ,Lindsee Rounds, Cameron Green, and Ally Green.
Doug has two great-grandsons, Owen and Conor Rounds, and another great-grandson, Noah, coming in May.
He is survived by his sister, Joan and Pete Heming, Goldendale; and Patti and Steve Jones of Goldendale; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a husband, a papa, a son, a brother, an uncle, a cowboy, a soldier, a referee, an athlete, coach, blue collar worker, a friend to many, an overcomer , an encourager, and most importantly a worshipping disciple of Christ.
There will be a Celebration of life at New Life Assembly of God on January 16, 2021, at 2 p.m.
