Tye Charles Zielinski was born in Goldendale to Burl and Debbie (Stephenson) Zielinski on August 2, 1979, and passed away in Mesa, Arizona, on January 9, 2021, after an extended illness.
Tye graduated from Goldendale High School in 1997 and worked at Goldendale Tire Factory. Tye had a strong work ethic and was dedicated to serving his community through his work. His career at Goldendale Tire was one of his greatest accomplishments and something he worked tirelessly at.
When not working, Tye could be found camping outdoors, fishing, and drinking beer with his buddies. In Tye’s younger days, he enjoyed wood working and rebuilt a 1960s truck from the frame up.
Tye is survived by his father and stepmother, Burl and Lyn of Goldendale, brother Jace of Yakima, stepbrother Beau of Goldendale, stepsister Kaitie of Newberg, Oregon, sons Wade of Goldendale and Ian of Yakima, three nieces and a nephew, and many cousins. Tye will be forever be in the hearts of his loved ones, and his love for his boys will not be forgotten.
Tye was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Zielinski, his cousin Jeremy Stephenson, and one of his lifelong friends, Tom Herrington.
A special thank you to Dasia White, Audrina White and other members of the White family for their love and care for Tye over the years, particularly the few years prior to his move to Arizona and while in Arizona.
Blood makes you related, love makes you family.
RIP Dad, we love you.
