Area students to compete in National Junior High Rodeo


Three area rodeo participants qualified for the National Junior High Finals Rodeo (NJHFR) at Gallup, N.M., June 26 through July 2. Tanner Bradley, an eighth grader from Goldendale, Macy Kayser, an eighth grader from Centerville and Cheyanne Dove, a seventh grader from Centerville qualified during the Washington state rodeo finals, held two weeks ago.

Bradley qualified in bull riding while Kayser will compete in break-away roping. Dove qualified in two events, pole bending and goat tying.
