GMS students set sights on college

Goldendale Middle School’s sixth, seventh, and eighth graders visited Central Washington University in Ellensburg over the past few weeks. CWU provides a visitation program for schools who want to visit their campus. Central goes to great lengths to make sure the visit is informative and fun in order to attract future students.

The students were divided into groups in order to visit the various departments on campus. The most personal and informative session was sitting in front of a student panel and asking questions of some undergraduate students about their college experience.
