Crime and theft in Goldendale prompts neighborhood watch group


Concerns for the community of Goldendale has prompted the start up of a Neighborhood Watch. Members from the community have met twice at Hometown Pizza with concerns and questions on creating a safer community for families. At the last neighborhood watch meeting, six individuals reported being robbed; robberies in the area range from homes to vehicles.

The biggest message promoted at both of these meetings were that of awareness and safety.
