Alma Bostick



Alma Faye Thaut Bostick passed away in Goldendale on December 21, 2012 at the age of 76.

She was born in Carlemore, Oklahoma on October 7, 1936 to Edna and William Camp. Alma graduated with the Torrance High Schol class of 1955 in Torrance, California. After living in many places around the country, she settled in Goldendale.

During her life, she worked as a secretary and a baker for Safeway. Alma enjoyed playing pinochle, crocheting, dogs and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Red Hat Society (Scarlet Ladies) and the Goldendale Senior Center.

Mrs. Bostick is survived by her sons Clifford N. Haxton of Gold Hill, Oregon and Douglas W. Haxton of Old Bridge, New Jersey; her husband Jack Bostick of Goldendale; sisters Betty Halibert and Sue Gate; and five grandchildren.

At her request, memorial contributions may be made to Goldendale Senior Center, 115 East Main Street, Goldendale, WA 98620.Columbia Hills Memorial Chapel handled cremation arrangements.
