Howard Parker



Howard Martin Parker was born to Bertha (Keister) and Glen Albert Parker on August 9, 1915 in Oso, Washington. He passed away in The Dalles, Oregon on January 17, 2013 at the age of 97.

A pioneer in the area, Mr. Parker grew up in the Oso area and worked in the woods, at the plywood mill and in security.

Howard enjoyed hunting and fishing of all kinds. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Howard Parker loved his family dearly and he will be sorely missed.
