Herrera Beutler says Hanford, Afghanistan remain major concerns

U.S. Representative Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-3rd Cingressional District) has been fact finding lately, although her information is not coming from the types of information sources usually attributed to busy federal legislators: policymakers or congressional aides. Instead, the second-term congresswoman has been touring near and far, gathering complex information in emotionally charged and taxpayer-costly areas in order to gain deeper information and a fuller understanding of her work and decisions while also writing and participating in significant legislation.
