Project Patch welcomes families

Team oriented: Healthy relationships and teamwork are the main goal of Project Patch. The 400 acre facility is located seven miles west of Goldendale.

A charming family getaway, Project Patch Conference Center, is seven miles to the west of Goldendale off of Olson Road. The facility includes lodgings, food, activities and a vista of Mount Adams from the back porch. The Conference Center’s main focus is the betterment of families and youth through exercises and activities promoting healthy relationships and teamwork. The Conference Center also opens its services to business meetings, social gatherings, youth groups, and most other functions.

Project Patch was founded by Tom and Bonnie Sanford in 1984. From the beginning, the Sanfords lived in Hood River where the city hadn’t seen any progress of working with troubled youth in jail. T...
