Tai Chi time

Brad Stevens, foreground, leads a group in Tai Chi exercises Tuesday at the Goldendale Senior Center. Goldendale Senior Services, in partnership with Stevens, have been offering the Tai Chi classes for better balance, as the practice is shown to improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and more. Stevens’s class focuses on improving balance by strengthening the muscles that directly affect one’s balance. The classes are Tuesday afternoons and are free.
