Lady Wolves in near replay of 2012, eliminated by Zillah in District tourney

Goldendale was unable to keep the momentum of a 2-0 start at Columbia-Burbank during the opening round of the District 5, 1A tournament, last week, setting up a tough road to State and eventually coming up short for the fifth straight year. It speaks volumes of the program that anyone should keep track of the number of years Goldendale misses out on a trip to State. The Lady Timberwolves had a six year string of appearances from 2003 through 2008, winning five trophies along the way.
