Injuries force Lady Wolves to adapt after whirlwind game at Toppenish

The week started with a respectable loss, if there is such a thing, for the Goldendale girls who went toe to toe with Toppenish for a half before succumbing to the fast paced run and shoot Wildcats who drained 13 three-point shots on their way to an 81-51 win. In any other game, 51 is a good score for a girls' game, but Tuesday's action was much different than the typical SCAC game.

Goldendale Coach Jeff Fields was pleased at the way his team stuck with the Wildcats. He attributes an injury to Brooke Graff as a turning point where the Lady Wolves ran into trouble trying to defend against the Wildcats.
