Wolves look for league wins after tough stretch against SCAC east

It probably didn't feel like it would be the best performance of the week, but Goldendale's 38-33 loss to Toppenish was looking pretty good by the end of the week as the Timberwolves stumbled through the weekend with losses to Connell by 60-18 and Columbia-Burbank 62-34.

At Toppenish, Goldendale couldn't overcome an 11-4 deficit in the first quarter although they won the second half by a four point margin. Shooting was just okay at 36 percent for the Timberwolf boys, but they were a respectable 10 of 22 on two-point shots. The big problem was too many turnovers, 30 for the game.
