Lori Baranovich



Lori Kay Baranovich passed away unexpectedly at home in Goldendale, on Jan. 17, 2014.

She was born in Seattle, WA on Feb. 18, 1963 to Richard and Beverly Baranovich. She graduated from Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, Ore., in 1981. She enjoyed cooking, photography, reading and riding motorcycles. Lori was the secretary of the Columbia Gorge Chapter of A.B.A.T.E. Memorial donations may be made to A.B.A.T.E. to benefit the New Hope Farms.

Lori had worked for the American Legion, and more recently, the Goldendale School District.

She was preceded in death by her mother and step-mother, and is survived by her father; sister, Shelley Christensen (Stan); Aunt Mary Baranovich and step-siblings Mary Hayes, Robert Cole, and their families.

A memorial gathering will be held in Goldendale on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Goldendale PUD meeting room, 1313 South Columbus Ave. The family would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Donna Fields for her wonderful support and assistance in planning the service.
