Herrington to stand trial on molestaton charges


A Goldendale man is scheduled to face charges of child molestation on Aug. 20, following a Superior Court hearing last week. Rosser Herrington pled not guilty to charges which included four counts of child molestation in the first degree.

Herrington was arrested on March 15, following complaints of alleged action going back to September of last year through February 2014. Deputy Prosecuting attorney Brian Aaron asked for $250,000 bail during a court appearance on March 17, stating the serious nature of the charges. Judge Brian Altman released Herrington on his our recognizance, citing Herrington’s longtime residence and “history of being an outstanding citizen.” Herrington was order...

The man is innocent until proven guilty! People will lie against another person to get back at them. If it's true, he should be in jail. If they find he didn't do it, the person that leveled the charges at him should pay!

How can a judge state a reason to be out of ja is evaluate he is an outstanding citizen??? That should never play a re in decision making and misty by a JUDGE! Let's pray he isn't the one to hear the trial. Justice needs to be served on this sob.
