The lunar eclipse last week caused eerie shades of red across the moon's appearance, visible enough to be caught by a hand-held camera as in this image. In last week's article on the eclipse, The Sentinel misidentified a photograph as the planet Jupiter and its moon Io. Actually, the image was of Earth's moon, taken at the Goldendale Observatory.
